Oh the struggle is real ladies and gentleman!!!!! I almost feel like saying when I had 30 to lose it was easier, but I do not want to piss people off lol !!! Its difficult at all levels. You have to learn what works for you....but these last 10 .....make me want to give up.....almost ;) I am open to friend invites and advice because at this point I probaly could use some :disappointed:

    Don't give up! Failure last to the next challenge but quitting last forever. Just focus and push threw it. What your mind can conceive your body can achieve.

    Hey same here! It's so hard with the final few!
    I find that it sometimes helps to take a break, like one or two days off. Not of cheat meals! Like still same food you generally eat, and similar proportions, but just not measuring to just give yourself a mini mental break to ease up. I often get really critical of myself so this helps. Also, doing something new fitness wise, like cycling or a class. And adding in little bits of exercise here and there, like daily squats, pushups, situps...No it wont burn extra calories or anything, but it's another goal to focus on and hit everyday since with so few pounds to lose, it can hard to measure .3lbs down a week or whatever.
