hey guys do you know any meals low in calcium and oxalate? I have tried to bring them down but can't seem to find a way. Thanks!

Do you have a medical need to keep either one of those low?0

High protein seems at odds with low oxalate if we are talking about stones?
If it is stones, don't necessarily need low calcium is my understanding.
Has your doctor advised you to use this diet?
