time to get serious about staying healthy. I'm getting older and losing weight is not easy. Muscle mass is decreasing as I speak. I play tennis every week do yoga and run/walk sporadically. I need some motivation. First goal is lose 8 pounds by April cruise! I wanna rock that bikini!
