Hello...

Getting back into shape after letting it slide for the last 12 months. Trying to return to looking like my profile pic, which was 18 months, 20 lbs, and mucho gelato ago.

Starting out with keto/Atkins combined with 3x/wk of lifting and 3x/wk of HIIT cardio. It has worked before, so it will work again (though as I get older, everything is more of a challenge...dagnabbit!) This approach provides a good kickstart for me both in terms of my energy and fat loss. That, and bacon.

Hoping to help keep others motivated and in so doing, keep myself in the game. All of us are stronger than each of us, right?

Workouts start in earnest on Monday 2/22 (have been gradually ramping back up after some shoulder problems and the aforementioned Gelato diet.) Going to be a sore week, but it's the good kind of sore. I hope.

So anyway...hi!
