I'm thinking of following the 21df eating plan and doing my normal routine at the gym. What are your recipe or container ideas?

As a coach I would say that having the containers to initially measure food helps to figure out correct portions. Once you get the hang of it you can transition to any kind of container but you want to be familiar with how the food should look and feel to you.
Personally, I work from home so I don't need them, but I still use them to portion/refer to the book often.0
