This took me all day to figure the calories, weighing, looking up individual calories..etc, but worth it. I even challenged myself to cut and add till i was just at my complete calories for the day. I am posting and then going to enjoy my achievement:) Chicken breast, my veggie mix, 8oz potato, w/ 2 tbs sour cream! The meal looks very brown all around in the picture from my laptop camera, but it is very good:)

Wow, I'm sure you enjoyed it, but I would spend 913 calories very differently than you would lol

I'd probably cut up about 8oz of chicken breast into smaller pieces and grill it in a pan with garlic parmesan seasoning. I'd boil 4oz of pasta, and mix it with the chicken breast, throw in some pesto and some parmigiano reggiano cheese. That'd be my 913 calorie meal.

Yum, that sounds gr8. I could try this tomorrow, but do not have all the fix-ens for a lovely pesto. I do have some fresh basil though... Thanks for sharing that idea!

That's a major treat for me. I don't have a huge sweet tooth, but tater's yes. Also, I can't do low cal/low fat sour cream. For 2 tbsp @ 40 calories i'm good, just no butter though it did not fit into my calories today:(

I only get 1000 to 1100 calories a day....there is no way I could have one meal that 913 calories.

Unless you are exceptionally, exceptionally short in stature and sedentary, there is no way 1100 a day is enough.

I don't do it all the time, but I ate less yesterday and wanted a bigger meal today. Although I may have to save some for later. My eyes and thoughts were bigger than my tum:P I get 1200/day. I did have to save my calories for the evening. I had under 300 for breakfast including my coffee.

I hear ya! I have been good at not eating much at night, but that's just since I started back on MFP for the past 1.5 weeks. I won't eat later unless it's what's left over from this meal I have been working on for almost 45 minutes:)

I think I may be able to finish it, but I'm gonna have to reheat again lol.

Thank you, it is has been a blessing...they have really helped me a lot. I worked nights for 17 yrs up until 3yrs ago when i retired...they taught me how to sleep at night and eat during the day...which I couldnt get straightened out by myself which helped me loose some of the weight. I was diagnosed with fatty liver disease so I had to do something. Good luck with your weight loss. DH says it is a whole lot easier to put it on than take it off..lol
