Hi - my name is Kim and I'm finally making the decision to get healthy. I got a fitbit Jan 6 and between then and now, I've lost 13 lbs. I call it the eat less and move more strategy! Eating less has been easier as I've been using MFP to log my food!
I joined a dietbet to put my money where my mouth is but at the end of that dietbet I will still be overweight - which is disheartening but one of the reasons it is imperative I get started!

I look forward to using everyone as a resource as I move through this time!
