Loosing 50 pounds

Hi my name is Alex and my goal is to loose 50 in 6 months for health reasons. Any suggestions. I can't do heavy impact because I had a right hip replacement. Can you help?

Best wishes. Try riding a bike. Low/no impact. You can do it indoors or out with minimal modifications. It's addictive and fun. Swimming is also terrific but not too many have pools that are convenient for use year round. Between the two, there are options. You can always walk. I found biking has built supporting muscles and NO MORE KNEE PAIN.0

Hi Alex....I am new ... I really don't know to much... but I think dancing is very good... slow tempo music can help you maybe... or I have listen that the best ever is swimming.... let's be friend ans support each other in this process we are starting0

Hello! I think your best bet to lose the weight and keep it off in the long run is to do it by diet. Portion control/calorie counting is a huge part of getting the figure you want, and exercise can be the cherry on top.
Yoga is great for low impact fitness. I would suggest looking up some beginner's yoga videos on youtube to help your body ease into fitness and gain flexibility as well which will make your body feel renewed.0
