What are your stats? I can't really say whether that's too little or too much without knowing how much weight you need to lose. What is your daily calorie goal?

7,000 calories is a 2 lb/week deficit, which is large unless you have a lot of weight to lose.

How can you eat "7000 calories less than actuals"???
If you're actually eating it, then you've had those calories.

Do you mean, "I've eaten 7000 calories under my goal this week"?
No, that's probably not a problem. Being 1000 calories under maintenance every day means that you'll probably be losing 2 lb per week.
With only 30 lb to go, that's a bit aggressive / optomistic, but could be possible.
It would be better to change your goal to lose 0.5 - 1 lb per week, and try to eat within 100 cal of that amount every day. (Ignore exercise/net calories.)

Here's a newbie help post with links to helpful info such as sexypants, setting reasonable goals (weight, calories, macros), accurate measuring & logging of food...

If you look at his profile, it says he wants to lose 30 lb.
No way to know if that's reasonable, since we don't know anything about him currently.

I agree, though I've noticed some people set smaller goals for themselves when they have a lot of weight to lose. If OP is only 30 lbs overweight, I'd definitely agree that 2 lbs/week is too agressive.

I would definitely try and stick to 1 lb/week - it will be easier and more sustainable. One week won't hurt, but losing too rapidly can make the loss harder to maintain.

In the goal-setting post which is linked in that newbie help post up there is a link to this calculator:
    https://www.bcm.edu/cnrc-apps/healthyeatingcalculator/eatingCal.html

It takes into account age & height.
It will tell you your BMI, plus how many calories you need to maintain a particular weight. (Put in your healthy goal weight, then either eat that much to get there, or cut 250 from that to lose a little faster.)
You can tell it different activity levels to see how your calories would change.
Then it tells you how many servings of the various food groups you should be eating.

I've noticed some people set smaller goals for themselves when they have a lot of weight to lose.
I did that on paper, making a list of every 5 lb I'm going to lose, every time I drop 1 BMI number, every 10% of my starting weight I'm losing, when I go from obese to overweight to healthy.
As I hit the goals, I write the date next to them.

Your goal is 2660 but how many calories are you actually eating per day?
    Why the specific time frame?

1800 and i do cardio which shows 450 calories burned but i assume the calories burned to be 250

Why would you establish a goal intake, if you're in turn going to cut from that? The point of having a goal is to reach it. So, if your TDEE goal per day is 2660, you need to hit that number. It's established to include your calorie burns for exercise. If you are cutting over 1k calories from your estimated adjusted TDEE, you'll be doing yourself a disservice in the long run.

It's been studied and proven that VLCD and more moderate dietary cuts both generally come to the same weight loss conclusion, though VLCD people are far more likely to experience distress and rebound gains.
