Hi, guys! I've been dieting and exercising for 3 months now. I've lost 35lbs in 3 months. And yes, i'm still overweight but definitely healthier. :) It's good to see people with the same goal and struggle stories. It's my first time to accurately track my food intake. Lol having fun tho seeing calorie deficit
