Making sure I stay motivated...

I started a weight loss program at a local hospital in February. I have lost 18 pounds so far, and I have about 10 to go.
I know this is not a lot, but today I went for my recheck of my weight and body fat, and I seem to be struggling with the belly fat, or "visceral" fat. They are a great team and give a lot of support and knowledge. But the program I joined was short term and I only have a couple weeks left. I have been tracking my weight loss and calories here, but I would like to have a support system in place so when I stop checking in weekly with someone at hospital, I still have a group of supporters. I thought this was a good place to start.
