I'm down 5 lbs only been using mfp for a week love love love it. I have done weight watchers for 5 yrs lost 60 and gained back 30 so I'm trying mfp I'm seeing I was eating too muc hwith ww I love this app I have 50 or more to lose add me I'm a great motivator last summer I did the c25k I completed it I'm starting it over if anyone knows me I don't run but I'm very competitive with myself and starting march 1 I'm gonna start the c25k app over so I have more time this year to enjoy being outside so add me I'm a great supporter
