Looking for support! Been struggling to get going again. Used this app before and lost 38 lbs but got away from it had medical issues have gained 20 back. Ugh.

    That's great - you've had succeess before and you only gained back 20 due to medical problems. You could have gained back the entire 38 pounds lost and them some! Slow and steady ... keep focused ... that's what I tell myself!
