Using a foam roller for my back and my stomach's sore!

I sit at my computer a lot ... and I have hard wood floors and stand in the kitchen when not sitting at my computer. So, my back pain was getting out of hand and I thought I'd try a foam roller. First, it took a bit of coordination initially to get it placed under my back so I could "walk" it up and down. It sort of hurt during the rolling process, but I experienced a noticeable difference in my back feeling a little more loosened up throughout the day. This morning I woke up with a sore stomach like I had done a bunch of crunches! Wow! Helping my back and exercising my stomach at the same time. Can this be real? Best $13 I ever spent at Walmart! Sometimes it's really the unexpected "little things" that keep give you the motivation boost to keep going.
