I am actually really happy i stayed the same, i'd be happier with a loss, however, considering this week was my first week back in the gym after almost a month break and my TOM is this week, i am very happy. I have learned it isn't so much about the number on the scale as it is about how you feel, and i felt amazing this week. Even after almost a month off the gym i didn't lose strength or stamina (not saying i wasn't sore or didn't struggle in my first Body Combat class last week) BUT i am proud to say that i was able to pick up where i left off on NROLFW Stage 1 without decreasing my weights and i was able to hop back into my Body Combat and CX WORX classes without a huge struggle!
