Has anyone else ever used Whey Protein? My favorite is Gold Standard Cookies and Creme. Any recipes?
I love to fix a scoop of that with fat free plain Fage Greek Yogurt, and berries!

You can add it to pretty much any baked good. Or put it in oatmeal with either peanut butter or Nutella on top. It's YUMM! optimum nutrition is by far the best.

I've heard protein sludge is pretty good depending on the brand. Its just adding a very minimal amount of liquid and mixing so you get a pudding instead of a shake. You can sometimes also microwave the sludge afterwards and it will take a brownie like consistency.
