Recipes for Weight GAIN?

hello,
This is my 2nd week bulking and I've noticed that my meals for lunch are similar to dinner (chicken,rice etc) and are difficult to prepare in time as I have to eat every 2/3 hours.
Can anyone share recipes with me for Breakfast,Lunch &Dinner?
I have snacks inbetween each meal but I'm running out of ideas for these too.. Pls share any recipes that will help me gain weight.
