Help!!! anyone

I'm new to myfitnesspal.com and im getting the hang of it except for one thing. Im on a 40/40/20 split and have to consume 1820 calories which means 182g of carbs, 182 g of protein and 40 grams of fat. I already went into my goals and set all this information and tells me how much of each I got left, the problem is tha eveytime I input the total amount of calories burned from my workout it bums it up more, should I be eating what is suggesting or just stick to the initial figure (182g carbs, 182g protein, 40g fat) Im sorry Im new at this and dont know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you add in exercise it goes up because you should be eating those calories back. Your deficit/surplus is already built in based on what you selected when setting up your goals.0

I take the Weight Watchers approach to this. On their plan you have the choice to eat back the calories you've burned, or not. You can bank your exercise points and it goes on a running total for the week. Starting over at the beginning of each week.That way if you want to have more food on the weekend or a special occasion is coming up, you've got some calories saved up.
I seem to have high and low calorie days so as a general rule, I do not make a point to eat the exercise calories and then if I'm over a few calories on the weekend or end up with a glass of wine or piece of birthday cake, I don't feel guilty because I have sort of banked those exercise calories.0 -
I count calories not the carbs, proteins and fat
If I were to count those too I will go mad....
I try to eat to 1100 and burn 300 a day
I seem to be loosing so i Guess its working0 -
