time to change

Hi i have been on and off MFP for a while but never made contact before, so thought it might help. Was doing ok before christmas started losing weight very slowly from about march, lost about 16lbs (not amazing i know) then didnt want to get on the scales until i built up the courage so this morning i started again and thought i would do 100 day challenge to change things. First thing is to track everyday (even when its really bad) and do some form of exercise everyday, so here goes !!!!!
