New and in need of help

I have not really bothered keeping track of what I eat that much as I what's been exercising around 5 days a week. I have recently torn a ligament in my ankle and now the only exercise I can do is swimming which I struggle to do often enough. I have decided that I want to lose about 15lbs by my birthday (the first week of May) since this is three months away I believe it is doable. Feel free to add me as my diet and self restraint is what I have struggled with when trying to lose weight so any motivation will be amazing! Xxx
