I started using MFP in early July 2014. At that time I weighed 220 pounds, and had a BMI of 38%.

7 1/2 months later, I am down 60 pounds and my BMI is now 29.8% which means I am "overweight" and not "obese".

My friend also surprises me with (mostly) token presents whenever I hit a "zero" (210 pounds, 200, etc.)

159.4 as of this morning, and a scale reading of 160.0 or lower for 5 days!!

*And* I have gone from "large" skirts and slacks with an elastic waistband to zip closure slacks and skirts in size 14, then 12, and my latest pair of jeans was a size 10.

Knowledge is power, and perseverance pays off.

PICS! We want pics <g> Seriously though, well done. You and I are only a couple of pounds apart now, and I started MFP in September and have lost just 14 pounds. So you are doing fantastically well!

There aren't many pics - I'm not particularly photogenic, and I rarely permitted photos at my higher weights. I'll see if I can find some though.
