i just had Nutella with ice cream and I regret it soooo much. I almost fought the urge but the craving best me

    I fail to see the issue. Did you go over your calorie limit? If so, tomorrow is a new day.

    i have ice cream every day but have never put Nutella in it; i will have to try that. thanks for the idea :)
