First, is this worth logging?

Second, how would I even go about logging it? I know this is a stupid question probably, but if I use something like 2 tablespoons, the servings will be different each time, because our chicken packages are never the same amount.
I know I'm probably missing something easy, but I can't figure this out on my own for some reason.

I use that recipe - it's awesome. I never log spices either and I'm not having issues dropping weight.0

I agree with @auddii, *unless* you're tracking sodium for a medical reason. Then I would log the salt.0

I wouldn't log it... maybe the cornstarch if you're watching carbs, but otherwise a portion's calories would be negligible.0

I found an entry in the food database, but it did not have all of the macro- and micronutrients correct. So I built the recipe based on non-asterisked spice entries and edited the food item. You should be able to find this now in the food database.
Edited to add ingredients list I used.
