Target Calorie Intake Question

Hello!
I have been on Myfitnesspal for a little over a month now. Currently have lost 26lbs (230 to 204). My caloric intake has only been around 1200 and some days even less. I was reading online that not getting 1200 can be bad and allow you not to lose weight. I work out everyday (alternate between running and lifting) and I don't feel the effects of low intake such as hunger or tiredness. In fact I normally feel quite filled.
My question is should I bump up my caloric intake to above 1200 or stay where I am since it seems to be working?

The more your weight falls, the more likely it is you'll be losing lots of muscle at a big deficit.
1200 is set as a very arbitrary and not very useful way to ensure people get enough micro-nutrients (vitamins etc).0
