Hey everyone.
Before I go into anything I guess I should explain my journey in a matter of ways, going to keep it short & sweet though.
I started my journey just over 5 months ago starting at a weight of 225lbs at 5'11 with 25% body fat.
As of today I've hit my lowest weight of 182.2lbs (2lbs off my target weight, woo!) even with plenty of mental barriers, I've still managed to push through but I still have a long way to go & I would love to personally share my journey with others & hopefully you guys with me.
So by all means add me as a friend and let's make 2015 ours!
