Has anyone tried making it? I do not have a blender, nor any other fancy kitchen gadgets, just an oven.
There are so many recipes for making it, any tips to get a good result?

I did and we liked it but it is a lot of work for a small pizza. I have found for just the two of us it is a whole lot easier using Josephs flat bread(2nd picture)

For low carb, we do ground beef as our base for pizza. We do a whole sheet or individual burgers. It keeps the pizza cravings at bay because it's extremely tasty and filling.

    I use this crust recipe:

Most people seem to complain that the majority of the cauliflower crusts aren't crisp but, I think, the addition of the almond meal makes it crispy and able to hold toppings well.

It is a lot of work, but it can be made passable with tweaks. Make sure you get as much moisture out of the cauliflower as you can. I do mine with egg whites and I get those to stiff peaks then mix with other ingredients. Don't spread the mixture too thin on the parchment - I leave it an inch or more thick and it kind of deflates as it cooks and is more breadlike. You need to add some flavor to mask the cauliflower taste.

Really it's easier to find a low calorie pita. I have some Josephs pitas right now that are 60 calories.
