Usually do keto diet but changing diet for long term benefits

hi I'm a regular on MFP but have had to change my account as my old account is all set up for the ketosis diet and was being weird when trying to change back! I weighed 9st 10 at my wedding 9 months ago I now weight 10st 6 and I haven't been scoffing my face I have just been eating carbs and stopped exercising. I loved exercising before marriage but after the wedding just felt so unsettled getting used to being a wife I've lost all track of things and now I feel uncomfortable and wobbly. I've started the gym again and dieting but due to wanting children I've decided I want to eat a well balanced diet of carbs, fat and protein so here we go again MFP......you are my saviour!!!! Xxx
