Hi there. I was here a couple of years ago, but never could seem to figure things out... :blushing: still working on it. LOL :laugh: But more determined than ever to do what I need to do. My weight has always been an issue in my life and while I have made lots of changes.. I have managed to weigh more than I ever have in my life. :noway: I hope to get some encouragement and ideas from you all. :flowerforyou:
