Hi All,
I know I am overdoing it a little, but what the heck, only 55 once!
Monday, 1 hour low impact
Tuesday, weights
Wednesday, 1 hour low impact
Thursday, Boxing (box and kick)
Friday, rest day
Saturday, light weights and walk
Sunday, Body pump
All these are aimed at people 40+ so it is manageable. Tell you what, have not felt this good in years!
