Motivation to stay on the right path.!

Been working out for over a month now lost some weight but I feel there is times I'm lacking motivation to keep going.

    motivation comes and goes. The want to be healthy and fit are what will keep you going.

    Ughhh tell me about it! I am having trouble staying on this site and keep coming back after a few months away at a time. I got to stay motivated this time!!!

    I've been training for just over a year now and I struggled with the same thing. motivation came and went...still does at times but what I do is look how far I've come... and where I started from and where I'll be in the future, think of what your goals are whether long term or short term and let them motivate you.
