Whats Your Favorite All Around Chest Building Routine.

    For me its Bench press, incline press, decline press, and top it off with incline flys. About 200 reps total. I use barbells because I can go heavier. Still mixing in dumbbell presses to build up those stabilizing muscles.

    Stronglifts; Bench Press and the OH Press. I also like doing flat bench dumbbell Flys. Pushups are my favorite, though, since no equipment is needed to preform the exercise and I can basically do them anywhere.

    Push ups, bench press, dumbbell flyes, dumbbell pullovers. And if you have access to a TRX, TRX push ups and flyes.
  • I cahnge it every week.... but ideally it is incline barbell press, incline dumbell flys, flat dumbell press, pec fly machine, cable flys, dumbell pullover

    I love the hex press aka squeeze press. It's a dumbbell bench press where you squeeze the dumbbells together while pressing. Constant pressure on the pecs. On the same day I do push-ups, chest flyes (I know they're dangerous), and a bunch of tricep work because that's my weak link in pressing exercises.
