Staying motivated

Hello!
What do you do to keep yourself on track with diet and exercise?
I'm having an especially tough time making healthy dishes for my hubby and daughter b/c they don't find them appealing and I HATE cooking multiple meals. I've tried prep cooking before, but I guess I need to push myself through the thought that I don't like to eat leftovers (weird, I know).
And, I'm also a student, so it's extremely difficult to fit a workout into my insane schedule. I know a lot of people say "there is no excuse", but sometimes I'm just so drained I'd rather just plop into bed.

Ok, enough ranting! Any advice/peace of mind helps right about now <3

  • Honestly, i dont make healthy meals at all. I just make myself concious of my portions & serving sizes. I pretty much eat what i want & ive lost close to 7 lbs in less than a month. Hope this helps (:

    Hi add me if you like as I could use the support too! I make seperate meals. A little more work on days off but I know exactly what I will be eating on work days.
