calories v/s fat protien and sugar

:smile: I don't understand why I go over on my sugar, protein and fats when I still have almost 350 calories left over and I never yet have used all my sodium points. I notation said I should use all my calories but what should I eat that won't drive these three even higher? Tonight I had half a cup of ice cream to get the calories used up and the sugar and fats went higher too.

    I want to know the answer to this too! I'm always under my calorie goal but only bc I've worked off the extra calories...I think. But I'm always a little over in my sugar...
