I seem to recall seeing recommendations for a good online TDEE calculator. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I searched but seemed to go on a wild goose chase.

iifym.com and the scoobysworkshop calculators are used often.0

exrx.net or health-calc.com for customized numbers. Scooby's for something a bit more generic (do not use any drop-down's sedentary setting though, usually estimates too low). IIFYM estimates low so only go with that if a) you know that you are on the lower end of average, or b) you do not weigh your food and would b enefit from the wiggle room.0

http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/ is better than the ^ link in terms of detailed accuracy, IMHO.
And remember that no calculator will be exactly right for you. They provide you with a starting place, is all.0 -
I get the same numbers from both links...0

In for scooby's!0

I get different numbers, it might depend on which formula you are selecting though. But the accurate one is nicer for allowing the body fat % option!0 -
I like the number scooby gives me better.0
