Stuck at 171 pounds

I seem to stuck in a rut here. I started at 183 now I'm down to 171 in 50 days. I have no idea if that's good but I've been stuck at 171 for two weeks now. I've only lost half an inch in my measurements.
I'm 53 women, I walk the dogs for an hour a day sometimes 1 1/2 hours up and down steep hills on snow and ice its a workout for sure. I average 12,000 a day so I consider I'm active. I want to get down to 155

    Twelve pounds in seven weeks is just under two pounds a week, so that's excellent!

    Two weeks really isn't long enough to worry about not losing. However, weight loss comes down to a calorie deficit. Are you logging everything you eat?

    Thanks guys yes I am calorie deficient and I never eat my exercise calories. I guess I'm just impatient and the winter is long :\
    I'm using a Fitbit and that makes the exercise fun. Off to do my YOGA :)
