I had like 600 cals of donuts today and I'm under my goal and macros lined up decently.
So eat a donut. Or a munchkin/timbit or 30 -
Save up some calories for a few days and then enjoy yourself a doughnut!0

I just had some of this, which is only 150 cals a serving:

Yeah, stop in Dunkin & get maybe 3 donut holes.
Still less than a whole donut, and they're cute.0 -
