I have to because I work a rotating shift, which means my stomach never knows when it should be hungry and if I don't regulate when I eat I never eat, then binge when I all the sudden feel hungry.0

my life is too hectic to schedule set mealtimes and i dont really expect that to change, lol set mealtimes would not be sustainable for my lifestyle.0 -
Not consciously… but my schedule is so routine that it ends up being about that way. By looking at my diet (meaning the food I eat), I pretty much know how long it will keep me satisfied. If I find myself hungry before that time, I make myself drink some water. Works every time.0
