Training Schedule

Hey all! Just wanted to get everyones opinions on this:

I would like to do just full body workouts on tuesdays and thursdays and pure cardio on mondays wednesdays and fridays, with Saturdays and Sundays as rest days. Not sure if this will be a smart move or not to lose weight. Does anyone else have a weekly routine like this? Thanks in advance!

    Sounds like a plan. When I first started weight training, this was my program (although I sometimes had a rest day on Wednesday, and a third strength training day on Saturday). Wish you success on this program!

    Sounds good to me, though I would switch the cardio and strength training and do strength training x3 and cardio x2, unless you are training for an endurance event that requires the cardio training that is.
