HI ALL ! I joined MFP over he weekend because I was looking for a way to help keep me motivated. I have lost about 80 lbs. over the last couple of years, but have kind of plateaued and tripped and stumbled recently. I still have about 80 lbs. to go and just need to keep moving in the right direction.

My name is connie, add me if you want. I lost60 lbs before joning MFP but it took a few yrs. Since MFP I have been losing steady (about 4lbs a month)and there is so much support and encouragement here. I am leaving for a few days,my husband had a heart transplant and its been a year so time for a ton of testing. I will be back on the 10th so if you friend me and you dont hear from me thats why.0
