I have noticed with losing weight comes well seggey skin. Does anyone have anything that would work or any ideas that would work to fix this problem. Like the skin that hangs under your arms and waves even when you have stopped. How would you go about tightening it?

    They call 'em "bingo wings".
    Since you're young, most (if not all) of the skin should snap back within 1-2 years of losing the weight. Make sure to follow a good, full-body strength training program, like NROL, Stronglifts, etc.
    Keep in mind that exercises don't target skin or fat, just the muscle under it.

    You can get these same results from Preparation H and Icy Hot plus Saran Wrap. If you look up the ingredients to the body wraps the active ingredients are the same as Preparation H and Icy Hot. You'll get some great water loss from the area (which helps things look tight temporarily). Save money and prevent future sales pressure by doing my DIY version.
