SOS: I've Plateaued!

Hey everyone!
I am stuck! The scale hasn't increased or decreased for the past 2-3 weeks and it's super discouraging. Last week I cut out bread and pasta, nothing changed. I live in the dorms here at college so I don't have a kitchen to cook food. I eat more veggies and fruits than anything. I stick to chicken as well. I work out 5-6 times a week. I have no idea how to overcome this. PLEASE HELP. Feel free to add me as a friend, I can always use the extra encouragement!
