In my experience, there is only one body part on a woman that all men care about, and you can't lose that one. Everything else is just gravy.
LMAO! :laugh:0 -
I have no sympathy.
Me before I started squatting (and lifting):
I will (and have already) improve dat *kitten* (or lack thereof).0 -

First of all..those black strappy shoes
Second of all.. how often do you squat?
Thank You! (Shoes)
5 days a week. about 50-100 squats (each workout)..0 -
I understand. But take pride in the fact that even though it's smaller your butt still looks great!0

To me, your butt looks exactly the same when I overlook how you're standing. Of course your butt looks bigger in the first photo because you have your legs kicked apart to push your butt out. The second pic its smaller because your standing with your legs together.
I agree with people suggesting squats and lunges, provided you can do them.0 -

That's a lot of squatting. Are you doing weighted squats?
If this is the case, the quality would far outweigh the quantity. Yes you lost your fat bum, but now you have a firm squatters bum.0 -
you have a sweet little body dont worry add a little bit of fat to your diet0
