So today is my second day on the 30 day shred. And man my thighs are so sore!! But I'm not gonna give up, me and my friend are doing it together. I would like to see pics of those who have completed the 30 day shred and had great results. That will be my motivation to keep going!!

I have no clue how to post pics on here but my profile has 2 week progress pics. I will tell you that the thigh soreness goes away. I did that workout for awhile but my knee started to hurt so I only do it a few times a week now. It does really work. I lost 4 inches in my belly in just 2 weeks.0

my friend and I are on day 4, level 1 with taking Sundays off. I almost completed the whole thing last yr but i stopped and got lazy and now i'm paying for it all over again! I can tell I'm less sore than i was on day 1 and 2.
Good Luck!0 -
Thank y'all for sharing. But yea I'm hoping it gets easier the next couple of days but I'm sure in the end it will all be worth it.0

I am on day 15 and I'm not going to lie...it's still REALLY hard for me, but I keep doing it everyday. I have already lost 7lbs and 2inches off my waist so it's working coupled with 1200-1300 net calories. My stamina is getting better though. Keep it up!!0

Hi all!! I just finished the 30 day shred a few days ago. It was hard for me at 247 lbs but I kept at it and it paid off. I combined it with 20 to 30 min of additional cardio ( the elliptical at first and then alternated between elliptical and c25k) I ate as clean as possible and ate about 1200 cals a day. I was 247 when I started and finished at 229. I however have a lot of weight to lose ( would like to get down to 150) I know it's hard and gets boring but push through it!! I'm in this position because I always gave up! Quitting is no longer an option! You got this ; )0

I'm sorry that I don't have pictures! I finished the shred in 5/30. I lost 8.4 lbs and 6 total inches. The soreness will pass. Do as much as you can, and listen to your body to avoid injury.0

You look AHHH MAZING!!! Great job! Love your attitude as well. You deserve this!0 -
Damn, girl! Your pictures look AWE-SOME!!
I'm getting discouraged, REALLY. I'm not doing the 30 day shred program to lose weight per se (I'm 5,1 and 122 pounds as of yesterday) but I'd like to get rid of my fat belly. That's always been my problem area-my stomach. I've only been doing the 30 day shred for 12 days, though so I'm on level 2 but I'd love to see some pounds gone!
I feel that I'm stronger than when I first began doing it and I have more energy in general. I guess I just have to be patient and keep doing it but it's kind of discouraging not to see any changes.
Keep up the good work, You look amazing!!0 -
I did the 30 day shred two weeks after my daughter was born starting February 2013, finished March 2013, had these results

Stand by - I am on Level 3 Day 4 tonight so I will absolutely have some pics up soon...my advice is stick with it, even if you take rest days in between and don't do for 30 days in a row IT WILL PAY OFF - keep up the great work everyone and the pics speak for themselves - amazing!! :-)0

I have been on the fence starting this because I was worried me being so over weight would cause a problem but thanks to your post my worries are gone0

I don't have any after pics yet as I am only on day 5, level 2 (day 15 of the 30). I can do most of the non-modified exercises but do usually do the less impact ones to protect the knees. I don't know if I have lost inches yet...waiting to remeasure at the end.
I will say this. I can see changes in my belly area and my arms.
My best advice...just keep doing the workout because it will make a difference. I will never look like Jillian, but I will be a better ME!0 -
Hi:) I have been on MFP for awhile now, but this is the first time I've posted to a forum. I started the 30 day shred today. I couldn't believe only 20 minutes had me so winded and gave me such muscle fatigue. You ladies have sure given me motivation!0

I'm so glad you posted this, I really needed it today.... you look fantastic!0

Stay tuned. I did Day 24 Level 3 today. I have 6 days left! I hope I will see some progress. I am 44 and have had 4 children, so not so easy for me. I have lost some weight, but the inches that I am losing is even more important. I did take before pictures, so I hope I and you can see the results. I will post early next week.0

Bumping this so I don't lose it. I'm only on L1D7 but I'll be posting when I'm done! My arms are already looking more toned... other people have been noticing already! Love it!0
