Is there a way to include the excersises you do on here???

I have no idea how to add the workouts I did, I know my excersize isn't "0" and i'd like to change it, HELP!

    Go to exercise tab and add it...double click on calories and half them ...the MFP database overestimates

    You must log the amount of time for "strength training" under the Cardiovascular section to get an estimate for Calories burned. You can use the Strength Training section to log sets, reps, and weights, but that section does not account for the amount of time or Calories burned.

    Add "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" to Cardiovascular to get estimated Calories Burned added to your Diary. If desired, add individual strength training exercises, such as "Biceps Curl," to Strength Training to have a log of setts, reps, and weights as individual exercises.

    Somebody posts this a lot. And owns a good app like Snagit. LOL I love it!

    OP, I'll add that MFP gives a lot of calories for weight lifting without any regard to how much you lifted, how much time you spent resting between sets, how much effort you put in, etc. I say put in even less calories than half of what MFP says.
