Losing Motivation

I recently got very close to my goal. I've been making strides but caved today - and it wasn't my free day. Let's hear some success stories to get this motivation back!

You cannot allow a cheat to sabotage all of your hard work up to this point. You do more damage by beating yourself up over it and losing the motivation, than the actual food you ate! Today is a new day! Get back into it!!! You can do it! You are worth it!!!!!0

Ok so you had a bad day let it go you can't undo it but you can avoid repeating it. None of us are here because we have found all the answers were human life happens what matters is how we react to it. Be kind to yourself and let's do this lets get back on track and stay on track all we can do is take it one day at a time.0
