Right today I'm restarting my diet /lifestyle , I am thinking of doing 1 hr a day 3 times a week of exercise split into two 30 min workouts so for example in the mornings I do weight training with Dumbells or kettlebell for 30 mins then In the afternoon I do a cardio workout like a walking one with a fitness band and eat 1,400 calories what do people think of this ? X
