Decided to give myself some self motivation, give it a try and post your loss in a photo

Been feeling just slightly off the last few days and needed something just to pick myself up so decided to add weight by holding items while on the scales until the reading was at the weight i started at. I can really feel the extra weight on my legs while walking around holding them and it has given me such a boost. Don't know if this has been done before but if anyone wants to join in feel free. I must stress though that this is not a competition to see who has lost the most, just simply an exercise for self motivation. Here's my photo of what I have lost so far.
