Hello
Has anyone tried collecting nettles and use them in salad or as a spinach substitute? I read, that they are in fact delicious and contain 6x more calcium per 100g as milk and more iron than red meat (beef)! I could use some more iron and calcium, since I am vegan and struggle with calcium from time to time I'm really looking forward to spring, so I can collect them in the forest (away from dog walking tracks...) to try them. And hey, they are free! Tips are more than welcome!
Thanks a lot, Julia
