Training for Half Marathon

Wow! MFP has changed. It has been a while but thought I would start using the app again. I am a mum of 5 children ranging 5 to 18yrs in age. I am currently losing weight and training for my first half marathon in October. I have lost 24lbs and still have 2st 10.5lbs to go. I am aiming for a sub 30min 5k, sub 60min 19k and sub 2hrs 20min half. Any other runners out there?
