Hello! I'm the mother of 3 beautiful kids, and I became a stay at home mom after working hard for years during college. I went from a CNA in a nursing home where I could eat whatever I wanted as much as I wanted and still remain fit at a healthy weight. It was a job that I loved. Fast forward and my husband graduated and began working a job that provided me the ability to stay home and focus on our kids. I became far, far less active. Then my sons birth came round and I was on bed rest.... now all that's behind me and I need to get healthy. I changed my eating habbits years back, but I'm always tired. I beganexercising, and I do about 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, but have only been doing that the last week and a half. Lol. That's me,!
